“Website”: refers to the biolane.fr website developed by the company LATELIER.
“Developer”: refers to the company LATELIER – 45 quai Emile Cormerais – 44 800 SAINT HERBLAIN – FRANCE
“Publisher”: refers to the company BIOPHA.
“Host”: refers to the company OCEANET TECHNOLOGY, located at 2, Impasse Joséphine Baker, 44 800 Saint Herblain, where the Website is hosted, as well as the personal data collected from users via the Contact form.
“Users”: refers to all natural persons and adults who access the content of the Website and its functionalities.
ARTICLE 3 ACCEPTANCE OF GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE
3.1 The use of the Website and any contribution of its content is subject to acceptance without any reservation and compliance with these General Terms and Conditions of Use.
