Stretch Mark Cream
Helps prevent the appearance of stretch marks due to pregnancy.
- Apply once or twice a day from the very beginning of your pregnancy. Prolong the treatment until up to 1 month after giving birth for optimum efficacy (avoid your nipples if you are breast-feeding).
- On the stomach: help absorption using light circular massaging strokes, starting from the belly button moving outwards.
- On thighs and hips: place both hands flat down, thumbs spread out and touching each other on each side of your thigh, then massage from the bottom moving upwards, making smoothing strokes.
- On the breasts: massage more delicately with light circular strokes because this area may be painful.
