Relieves and soothes knocks and bumps. The first arnica gel in single-use doses!

• When the knock occurs: cool down the painful area with ice cubes wrapped in a cloth to tighten superficial blood vessels. Then massage the painful area with a dose of Biolane Arnica Gel.

• If a bump appears: continue with a daily application to promote reabsorbing of the bump.
